Shipping is 100% free — no minimums, no hidden fees, anywhere we ship.

How long does shipping take?

  • USA: 6–12 business days
  • International: 9–27 business days (depending on location)

Where do you ship from?
We mainly ship directly from our fulfillment partners in China and USA to keep costs low and quality high.

Do I get a tracking number?
Yes! Every order comes with full tracking so you always know where your package is. You can track your order anytime via our Order Tracking page.


🔁 Returns & Refunds

What’s your return policy?
We offer 30-day returns from the date of delivery. If your item arrives damaged or isn’t what you expected, let us know and we’ll make it right.

How do I start a return?
Just contact us with your order number and reason for return. We’ll guide you through the process.

Do I pay for return shipping?
Return shipping may apply depending on the reason. If the item is defective or incorrect, we cover it.

My product arrived damaged or incorrect, what should I do?
If your product arrives damaged or contains incorrect items, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving the package. We will assist you in resolving the issue promptly.
